own more property
A bit of an odd tip.
I often use this tip so I wanted to share it with you. It’s a bit of an odd one, but stick with it, because if you apply it, the results may amaze you.
You may not have ever really thought about it, but basically, your brain is incredible. It will ‘go to work’ on whatever you give it.
Let me give you an example…
Let’s say you find a property that is out of your price range, but it’s a great deal.
If you say to yourself ‘I can’t afford this’, your brain will go to work on that statement, and will generate a whole list of reasons why you can’t.
However, if you say to yourself ‘HOW can I afford that property?’, your brain will go to work to find a solution - and will keep woking on it until it does.
Trust me, you can really surprise yourself with the ideas that come to you in the car, in the shower, wherever.
Your brain can’t help but come up with answers - you just need to ask it the right questions!
The important point is that you can easily program your brain to focus on solutions instead of problems.
When you do this, you’ll start to see ways that you can acquire a BIG property portfolio.
Warm Regards
