A little known secret

Here’s one of many little known secrets that you’ll discover in the Super Secrets To Real Estate Wealth course.

It’s called the back seat test!

It’s not just a matter of getting tenants to fill your rental property. It’s a matter of finding good, qualified tenants.

So, how do you know what condition your tenant will keep your property in?

If you are doing your own property management or if you are joint venturing with partners who are doing the property management for you, you might like to try…. the “back seat test”.

After you’ve interviewed your tenant, casually walk them back to their car and as you say goodbye, check out the back seat of their car.

If it is clean and tidy, it is likely that your rental property will look the same way.

If on the other hand, it is dirty, untidy and generally messy… you can imagine what your property could end up looking like?

I know this is only a general indicator but I’ve found it to work very well for me. I thought you might like to know this simple but VERY useful tip!
